When DLH was formed in 1978, it consisted of one employee-founder, Dick Holub. Today we number over 20, and the two Holub sons, Jason and Seth, represent the second generation of DLH inc.

We have a great crew. Our superintendents, lead carpenters, journeyman carpenters, carpenters, and laborers all bring a wide variety of experience and skills to their jobs. Some have worked for us for over 14 years. Our project superintendents, David Jam and Stan Lawton each have over 25 years of construction experience. Tom Henscheid, our Master Craftsman, has over 30 years of experience.
